Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction rehabilitated a critical 2.2-mile section of I-80 through Salt Lake City. Using the CMGC process, the team developed extensive phasing and traffic control plans to minimize impacts on public mobility. The project included 12 bridge replacements and three new bridges. Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction assisted in the design of seven bridges in a centralized location, transported them, then launched them into final position. The team opened I-80 to traffic two weeks ahead of schedule.
