Set in an urban retail campus, the University Place Garage and Tower required zero lot line construction with tie-ins to an existing building. Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction built a 5-level parking structure and 4-level office complex. The parking structure featured a high bay garage section designed to accommodate delivery trucks. The buildings feature sleek, modern finishes, highlighted by architectural exposed concrete.
