Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction built an 8-level, 1,400 stall parking structure with underground tunnel access and a pedestrian connector. To overcome the sloped site, crews constructed a 70-foot permanent shoring wall with a sculpted rock finish. Surrounding roadway improvements included roundabouts, a road realignment, and a pedestrian connector tunnel. Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction relocated all utilities with zero interruptions to the adjacent hospital and maintained 24/7 access to the hospital and medical campus.
