The Cliffs at Jordan Station

RLW built three high-end apartment buildings perched high on a cliff. Each building includes underground parking and four levels of living space, and one building features a rooftop terrace with hot tubs. All units sit on a “Z” ramp that is elevated 80 feet from the ground. RLW overcame the challenging terrain by transporting fill material to balance the building sites, as well as providing a sewer lift stations and pressurized pipe to transport sewage.
