RC22 Lift Condominium Complex

RLW built a six-story, 61-unit condominium complex, complete with two levels of parking. The third level includes a plaza deck, complete with a swimming pool, two hot tubs, and landscaped seating area with. The complex incorporates high-end stone and wood finishes to blend with Park City’s mountain aesthetic. The team overcame challenges including the removal of 40,000 cubic yards of rock at the start of construction, as well as a nearby landslide that impacted the project site.
