Hub of Opportunity Mixed Use Residential & Commercial Development

RLW is providing structural concrete for a mixed-use residential and commercial real estate project that integrates individuals with disabilities, the first building of its kind in the U.S. The firm worked in an extremely confined area to deliver 70,000 square feet of parking and 70,000 square feet of post-tensioned suspended decks with insulation and topping slabs. Structural concrete work was completed on schedule and within the budget.
