This 3.6 million dollars project was a 3 story Class “A” office space with a total of roughly 12,000 square feet per floor. To keep with the theme of the other 3 buildings in “The Exchange @ 140th”, this building brings together an appealing mix of concrete (faux synthetic stucco), cedar siding, cultured stone and rusted steel to set it and it’s companion buildings apart from the norm. The surroundings include landscaping and features around the building to compliment it’s design. The interior of the building presents open spaces and high ceilings due to the concrete construction that gives tenants great opportunities for space planning and design. Foot traffic noise is eliminated by having concrete floors on all levels including the roof. The common area core is appealing with an updated look comprised of tile and wood floors. The finished product is welcoming and appealing to the eye.
