|  | Exchange at 140th Office ParkRalph L. Wadsworth Construction is nearing completion of the third office building in the Exchange at 140th Office Park which is situated just off the Bangerter Highway extension in Draper, Utah. The Architecture created by Richardson design emulates the Heavy steel, rock and iron that is so prevalent in many of the bridge and roadways built by Ralph Wadsworth Construction. Building D is a 26,585 square foot two story building and is pre-leased by the Engineering firm Bowen Collins who will occupy the entire building. Construction will be completed in October of this year. Upon completion The Exchange at 140th will consist of six Class A office buildings totaling 205,000 square feet. The capstone feature of the park is the new Wadsworth Companies headquarters building whose architecture is representative of the many high quality, diverse, and enduring products that are utilized by the company everyday in the creation and enhancement of the built environment. These cues and features will be emulated in the architecture of the remaining five buildings. Situated on 14 acres of land, the park is anchored by the new headquarters for Wadsworth Companies, which includes Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction and Wadsworth Development Group. The park is ideally situated along the new Bangerter Parkway extension and provides easy access to both Interstate 15 and the Bangerter Highway which can present the distinct advantage of providing employees and clients convenient and quick access to their facilities in the new office park. Ralph L. Wadsworth is contracted with Wadsworth Development Group which acquires, entitles, designs, constructs, manages, leases and sells commercial real estate. The group is a brother company of the family owned and operated Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company. |
 |  | Blackstone Crossing -2008Blackstone Crossing located at 6710 S Blackstone Road (20th East). Is an 11,625 square Foot building. This project will be a mix of retail on the main floor and office on the second floor. Wadsworth Construction was hired by the McDonald Family LLC for our ability to help with design and coordinate all aspects of construction with the utility companies and the City of Cottonwood Heights. Construction was complete in December of 2008 and is ready for tenants. |

|  | Wadsworth Corp. Center - 2006The new home of RLW and Wadsworth Development was designed and built by RLW Construction Company. The building features the use of rusted steel, cobble basket columns, cedar siding and E.F.I.S. panels. The exterior elevations feature dimensional columns and awnings supported by large scale braces. The roof ties in nicely with rolled hip ridge pans. All (supports) are fabricated steel rusted to match. The interior has carried the use of the exterior materials inside- office doors are barn boor sliders, rolling on steel truss runners that mock the exposed ceiling trusses- office dividers feature rusted corrugated steel, maple wood and architectural glass dividers, displaying the company’s logo. Care was taken to make sure employers enjoyed lunch by implementing a full service kitchen that acts as the center piece to the space- concrete and steel inlaid countertops and eating table feature some of the company’s projects. The first floor is leased out. The building is one of six buildings the master plan provides. The second structure is currently under construction. |
 |  | Copper Ridge Office Park - 2006The Copper Ridge Office Park project, when complete, will consist of five office buildings located on the northwest corner of Bangerter Highway and 10400 South in South Jordan, Utah. The office park is based at the northern entrance to the rapidly growing Daybreak Development, and allows businesses to capitalize on Daybreak's increasing population growth. All of the buildings architectural designs incorporate elements from the neighboring residential developments; displaying features such as rough-sawn timbers, pitched roofs and stone columns. Currently, three buildings have been completed. The buildings will range in size from 15,000 to 18,000 square feet. |
|  | Spillman Technologies Office - 2005The Spillman Technologies project was a build-to-suit development constructed in the Lake Park Corporate Center. This 83,000 square foot building is located at 4625 West Lake Park Boulevard and is the corporate headquarters of Spillman Technologies, Inc. This project is a great example of how Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company can perform a fast-track commercial building project. The Spillman Technologies building was designed, constructed and occupied in ten months, even with an late-fall ground breaking. |
|  | Twin Peaks Office Condo's - 2005The Twin Peaks office condominium project consists of two 21,520 square foot office buildings located at 8915 South 700 East in Sandy, Utah. These office buildings consist of steel-framed construction with concrete floor slabs. This project was built with the intent to offer business professionals the opportunity to purchase an extremely high quality office, rather than leasing it. |
