Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company, LLC (RLW) builds multi-million dollar projects throughout the Intermountain West for both the public and private sectors. Founded in 1975 by its namesake, the company is now run by the second-generation sons: Kip, Con, Tod and Ty Wadsworth. Under their tenor the company has experienced exceptional growth and expanded into increasing larger and more complicated projects. These include design-build, Construction Management / General Contractor and traditional design-bid-build projects.

In 2009, a majority of the company was purchased by Sterling Construction of Houston Texas. This strategic acquisition has increased RLW’s market presence in Nevada and Texas with RLW’s innovative contracting and building expertise. The Wadsworths continue to run the day to day operations, maintaining the employee continuity and client relations that have made the company what it is today. The future looks promising with more projects anticipated that are challenging, innovative and interesting.
